what are your thoughts in general on all of these being sugar bombs/ in general the take that the car to fiber ratio is just sugar ultimately in your body.

All carbs will break down into sugar, yes. But it’s the speed that this occurs and excess amounts that can cause harm. In this case, the fibre, fats and protein in these products will slow down the digestion rate, and the amount per serving is not excessive. In the case of the cereal, the cassava flour contains resistant starch which behaves like fiber but is technically a starch. This also contributes to a slower digestion rate.
